Serves: 4 Time: 20 minutes
- 4 ripe pears
- 200g Greek-style yoghurt
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC/ (350ºF) or gas mark 4.
- Peel the pears, cut them in half and remove the cores.
- Put the pears hollow side up in a baking dish.
- Bake for about 10 minutes.
- Put a spoonful of yoghurt on top of each pear half.
If you don’t want to use them straight away you can let the pears cool down after step 4 and pop them in freezer. You can put the yoghurt on them when you reheat them.
