Banana velvet

Ideal for the whole family. Remember, children aged 12 months to 2 years should have whole milk, children aged from 2 to 5 years can have semi-skimmed milk and children over 5 skimmed milk and 1% milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 275ml skimmed milk
  • crushed ice

Method

  1. Whizz the banana and milk in a blender for 10-15 seconds until smooth. Then simply pour over crushed ice and serve in a tall glass.
