Serves: 4 portions Time: 20 minutes
- 2 medium-sized carrots
- 1 eating apple
- 4tbsp milk (you can use whole cow’s milk, breast milk or infant formula milk )
- Peel and slice the carrots and the apple.
- Boil the carrots in a saucepan of water for about 10 minutes.
- Add the apple and simmer until the carrots and apple are soft. Drain off any remaining water.
- Mash the carrots and apple with the milk.
When cool you can divide any leftovers into individual portions and freeze.
