We have recently been trying to contact some of our Healthy Start customers regarding backdated payments for missed Healthy Start vouchers. You may have received a letter where we have requested your bank details in order to make payments.

What you need to do

To allow us to make payment to you will need to contact the Healthy Start Issuing Unit on 0345 607 6823 as soon as possible.

You will need to provide your bank account name, number and sort code. These details can usually be found on your bank card, cheque book and/or bank statement.

Information about vouchers

Your Healthy Start vouchers will continue to be issued as normal. Your backdated payment will be paid once we receive your bank details.

Time limit for backdated payments

The backdated payment is only valid for a period of six months from the date of your letter so we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. You will need to contact the Healthy Start Issuing Unit on 0345 607 6823 as soon as possible.
