You should receive the letter or email within 10 working days of your successful application. If you haven’t received a letter or email after 10 days, or you can’t find it, contact us on 0300 330 7010 and we’ll send you a new one.
Do I still need vitamins if I eat a healthy diet?
You will get most of the vitamins you need from food. However, young children may not get enough vitamin A and D even if they are eating well. Pregnant and breastfeeding women may not get enough vitamin D or folic acid. Both vitamins are important for the health of you and your baby.
